    What courses are free with my membership?

    If you are a VIP or All Access Member, you have unlimited access to our Dog Evaluations Course located under the Courses tab in the orange navigation bar as well as on your Dashboard. All Access Members also get Four E's course.


    How do I cancel my membership?

    You may cancel your membership at any time. All you need to do is send us an email at support@thedoggurus.com and we will process your request upon receipt.


    How do I add users to my membership account?

    If you have a VIP or All Access Membership, you can add additional users. VIP has a total of 3 users and All Access has a total of 10 users. You can register additional users under the ‘My Account’ tab. Select ‘Add Users’ in the drop down menu.


    How do I reorder more workbooks for Knowing Dogs?

    Additional workbooks for Knowing Dogs can be purchased here.


    How do I get the free bonus gifts promised when I joined?

  • Check Existing Ticket

    If you've already created a ticket and just need to check the status of that ticket, simply enter the email address you used to create the ticket below and click the button.

  • Click Here to Reset the Header

    You can customize the header by uploading two separate files.

    The background image and goes from the left side to the right side or the screen.

    The header image should contain your companies logo and anything else you wish to put on it. It will lay on top of the background image.

    The header image should be 1138 pixels wide and the same height as the background.
    Anything smaller than 1138 pixels will work as well (It centered across the top.)
