    I am already a member of The Dog Gurus, do I get access to the signature programs too?

    If you are a Basic, VIP, or All Access Member, you may have free or discounted rates to one of our signature programs.  Contact Robin at robin@thedoggurus.com to confirm your availability. 


    How do I cancel my membership?

    You may cancel your membership at any time. All you need to do is send us an email at support@thedoggurus.com and we will process your request upon receipt.


    How do I add users to my membership account?

    If you have a VIP or All Access Membership, you can add additional users. VIP has a total of 3 users and All Access has a total of 10 users. You can register additional users under the ‘My Account’ tab. Select ‘Add Users’ in the drop down menu.   If you are a member of one of our signature programs, you are welcome to share your log in details with another key manager or co-owner of your business.


    How do I get the free bonus gifts promised when I joined?

    If you are a basic, VIP or All Access member, CLICK HERE to access your free gifts for joining. If you are new to our site, be sure to check out the New Member? Start Here page located under the Tools and Resources page for tips on how to navigate the site and get the most out of your membership.  If you just signed up for one of the Signature Programs (Launch Formula, Growth Intensive, or Profit Network) your free bonus items will be on the Learning Management System under the Bonus module area. 


    How do I reorder more workbooks for Knowing Dogs?

    Additional workbooks for Knowing Dogs can be purchased here.

    For those who joined The Dog Gurus membership as a VIP or All Access member, past membership calls are recorded and listed under Live Calls on your Dashboard. If you are a member of Launch Formula Fast Track or Growth Intensive Fast Track, your calls are recorded and listed under the Fast Track module on your learning dashboard. 


    How do I remove a user from my membership account?

    If you have a VIP or All Access Membership and need to remove a user from your account, simply email us at info@thedoggurus.com the name of the user you wish to remove and their email address. We will process your request for you.

    If you've already created a ticket and just need to check the status of that ticket, simply enter the email address you used to create the ticket below and click the button.

  • Click Here to Reset the Header

    You can customize the header by uploading two separate files.

    The background image and goes from the left side to the right side or the screen.

    The header image should contain your companies logo and anything else you wish to put on it. It will lay on top of the background image.

    The header image should be 1138 pixels wide and the same height as the background.
    Anything smaller than 1138 pixels will work as well (It centered across the top.)
